Track Your Diet with a Calorie Pedometer!
A lot of people have trouble keeping track of the calories they’re burning - it’s not an easy thing to do. It’s almost impossible to do. Ok, so now, what kind of activities should you participate in to burn calories? Well, obviously the first step is to stay active, walking when you can, and take the stairs not the elevator.
