Attention, soldiers! It’s The Fitness General here and I’m here to whip you into shape. I don’t care if you are trying to lose weight, gain weight, or stop drinking so much darn coffee. If it’s bad for you, I’m on it, but you better listen because The Fitness General doesn’t tolerate excusers.

Quit Making Excuses!

I’m tired of hearing them. Oh, so you work a lot? Make time to work out and eat healthy. I don’t understand your cravings? Give me a break and lay off the ice cream.

The Fitness General is not Dr. Phil. I don’t tolerate excusers. The #1 key to getting in the best shape of your life is picking a schedule and sticking to it. I’ll get into the details later about what you should be doing to optimize your health, but the basics are the most important. That means you need to get the junk food out of the house and work out at the same time every time you work out. Getting in shape needs to be your priority. Make it a priority and the rest will follow. A great way to make it a priority is to hit the Subscribe button on this site and get updates from The Fitness General. The Fitness General doesn’t have the time to remind everyone to work out, but if you subscribe you’ll get reminders all the time. It’s a small investment with a big payoff.
